Property investment should be an opportunity for everyone to create wealth and build a legacy for their future.
We avoid the limits banks enforce in our projects where possible, the holding costs are dramatically deacreased this way.
Powered by people means less money going to institutions, and more going back to the investor.
Blockchain infrastructure enables the easy management of smaller investments, so you’re just as entitled as anyone else to invest. Once the Aus Government gets their AUD digital dollar up, just $1 can buy in.

We expect investors to lock their investment for the duration of the project. Each project will be given an expected timeline and will be disclosed at the beginning before you make your investment. Although we expect these timelines to be accurate, there will be some projects that run quicker than expected, and others that run slower. This could be due to any number of reasons like councils, building progress due to things like weather, or it could be because we are looking for someone to lease a property before selling to maximise the return.
As you will be investing with a number of other investors, unlocking specific investments can be challenging as your funds will be sitting in the property as equity, or sitting in the holding account to complete the project. So prepare for your investment to be locked until the project completion.
Well, this is investing. So we will target anything that provides a viable feasibility study. We understand that not every project is perfect, so we need to assess the viability, expected returns, risks and overall desirability of the product we are reviewing. We will be looking at anything from new builds, to existing commercial properties that have the ability to be improved, or even being early investors into projects that might not be coming to fruition for a year or two. We're happy to wait for the right returns.
So in short, we spread or investment appetite based on the project's viability, not sticking to any one asset class as this narrows the field of opportunity. We often see value in many different forms and this information will be assessed, and an IM will be prepared for projects that look appealing.
Glad you asked. This is the part that we want to make a statement on, right now if you are investing in an old school investment trust, you are reliant on the project manager to send you updates. We aim to have real time information available to make sure you can see where your dollars are sitting at all times. Once you invest, you will be given access to that projects insights in the portal where we will be updating the information as it changes throughout the life cycle of the investment.
Blockchain/Crypto investing started out as a bunch of tokens representing ownership of any given protocol. Think of a "protocol" like a normal "company", tokens are simply like shares of that company.
But what we are doing, is buying "Real World Assets" namely Australian property. We then allocate a set of non-transferrable tokens for that property and make them available for you as the investor to hold in your digital wallet. You can then buy a share of the tokens that will represent your ownership of the underlying asset (property).
Technically this is just a representation and record of your ownership. Then when any given project comes to an end, and BRYX sell the asset. Australian dollars are received by BRYX, and paid out to you as the investor in either digital or fiat currency based on your preference.
It is just a new way to record, track and manage ownership stakes of property projects being completed by BRYX.
